ClassPager is owned and operated by Brain Racer Inc. Throughout this agreement, the phrases "we," "our," "us," "Company," and "BrainRacer" all refer to Brain Racer Inc. "ClassPager" and "Services" refer to the ClassPager website (https://www.classpager.com), as well as all related past, present, or future Company websites, applications, domain names, data, and services on all possible devices or platforms.
By using the Services, you consent to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States of America.
You interact with the Services at your own risk. You post any Content ("Content" is as defined in the ClassPager Terms of Service located at https://www.classpager.com/tos) at your own risk. Although we may allow you to set options to limit access to your Content, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that Content you post on the Website will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Content may remain viewable (by means including but not limited to: cached pages, archived pages, or other users' copies of your Content). How is Children's Personal Information treated?
If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you may only use our Services and disclose Personal Information with your parent or guardian's express consent. Company collects limited Personal Information from students ("Children's Personal Information"), but only where that student's school, district, and/or teacher has contracted with Company to collect Children's Personal Information from students for the use and benefit of the learning environment. Company requires schools, districts, and/or teachers to obtain parental consent from students' parents before collecting any such Children's Personal Information. If you are a student, please do not send any Children's Personal Information about yourself to us, other than what your teacher/school/district directs you to provide in direct relation to signing up for our Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Children's Personal Information from a student without parental consent being obtained by his or her school, district, and/or teacher, or if we learn a student has provided us Children's Personal Information beyond what we request when he or she signs up for the Services, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a student may have provided us Children's Personal Information beyond what is requested when signing up for the Services, or that a student's school, district, or teacher has not obtained parental consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hereinafter, references to "Personal Information" shall apply to personal information of individual Website users who are not student registrants. References to "Children's Personal Information" shall only apply to personal information of student users of the Website. General references to "information" shall apply to all users. A specific piece of information is not Children's Personal Information unless explicitly identified as such.
What information does company display or collect?
We need to collect information from you to maintain our website and provide our services. This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address, your chosen password, and information about your students. Additionally, we reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to optionally request written confirmation of parental consent for any and all students that you sign up to our Services.

This information may include Personal Information such as your name, email address, photograph, and your school affiliation, Children's Personal Information (which shall be limited to the minimum necessary in order to provide our Services and currently is: the student's name, and the contact information necessary to receive notifications via the Website from your teacher, school, and/or district ("Notifications")), and any other information necessary for us to provide our Services.
You may choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of all of our features. We ask for Personal Information that we believe is necessary and/or reasonable, as judged exclusively by us, in order to provide you with our Services. You may modify or remove your Personal Information or Children's Personal Information identified below at any time by logging into your account and/or by emailing us directly at email@example.com.
Information Collected Automatically:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Website or our services. Company automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Company cookie information, and the page you requested. We also record the details of your activity on the Website. This information is not Personal Information or Children's Personal Information. You may help protect against unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information or Children's Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Company endeavors to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, Company cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
